After each job, TIDY app prompts your client to give you a rating on a scale from one to five stars. These ratings help to determine your pay tier (in some markets) as well as your status on the platform. If you receive a lot of five-star ratings your tier will increase. Lots of poor ratings? You’ll put yourself at risk of deactivation.

Customers are also able to tag specific areas of improvement, and if the platform detects that you’ve been consistently under performing, we’ll alert you.

If you're in a city with payment tiers, please remember that your rating is calculated based on the past 28 days only and not lifetime completed jobs.
