Failure to arrive at a job that you’ve claimed or assigning to a crew causes the worst experiences a customer can have and hurts our ability to provide professionals with a steady stream of customers. Therefore, TIDY app has a very low tolerance for missing jobs. If you fail to arrive at a claimed job, you’ll be charged a missed job fee, as well as forfeiting payment for the job. The amount of the fee varies by city, but you can see the full table in our cancellation policy. In addition, if you fail to arrive at another job within the next 28 days, you’ll be permanently deactivated from the TIDY app.
